RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the company is stocked with supplies and services needed to operate successfully
Perform administrative tasks
Research price trends
Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing and product details
Negotiate pricing
Compile requests for supplies to create purchase orders
Track incoming orders to ensure they arrive on time
Resolve customer and supplier inquiries regarding order status, delays, changes, or cancellations
Monitor inventory and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Determine best options through price comparison, specifications, and delivery dates
Calculate costs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Previous warehouse and/or administrative experience is a plus
Excellent computer skills
Proficient with Microsoft programs especially Excel
Great negotiation and mathematical skills
Organized, responsible, and reliable
Strong communication and collaboration skills
