JOB DETAILS

  • Monday - Thursday 
  • 6:00am - 4:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform basic administration tasks on Windows server
  • Track user testing and final implementation
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing data transmissions
  • Complete objectives in a timely and efficient manner
  • Plan and perform user training on the business applications supported
  • Provide technical support for servers, email, and network backup
  • Provide technical services support and assistance to the user community for sequencing hardware, databases, operating systems, PC desktop, voice and data networks, and basic technology infrastructure


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required; 3-4 years of prior work experience and knowledge
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, systems administration and data center hardware a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge/experience with IT ticketing systems
  • Strong knowledge of support for Windows XP, 7 & 10
  • Strong knowledge of support for Microsoft Office 2016 & Office 365
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
  • Working knowledge of basic networking concepts (routing, switching, VLANs, port configs, etc)
  • Ability to meet tight timelines and/or deadlines
