JOB DETAILS

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Weekly competitive pay

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage inventory and maintain safety and environmental records for our shop
  • Maintaining vendor relationships
  • Evaluating vendors by considering price, quality, and availability of material
  • Interact with vendors to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
  • Verify purchases at the time of delivery
  • Authorize invoices for payment and maintain appropriate receipts and records
  • Working with Corporate Safety and EHS personnel to maintain appropriate records


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous warehouse and/or administrative experience is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft programs especially Excel
  • Great negotiation and mathematical skills
  • Organized, responsible, and reliable
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
